To promote efficient and collaborative use of Resolution Lab instruments within NOVA FCT and with external research units and partners, access to our equipment can be requested via our Contact Page (Get in touch).

Information to include in your request (mandatory):
• Full name and affiliation (institution/company)
• Contact email and phone number
• Instrument(s) requested (e.g., GC‑MS, HPLC, MDGC‑GC×GC, special GC configurations)
• Proposed dates and duration of use
• Purpose of use (brief description of your project or experiment)
• Training status (have you completed the required SOP/training for the instrument?)

All requests will be reviewed to confirm instrument availability, compliance with safety requirements, and user qualifications.
Approved requests will receive instructions concerning booking time, accessing SOPs (if applicable) and manuals and any additional training if required/needed.
All instrument usage will be logged to support equipment lifecycle management, maintenance, and optimization of shared resources.
